I am ramping up for my next career and for my life's best work.
That combines technology and healthcare and is my new startup business with an iPhone nursing software product.
I have developed a compelling business plan, have some investors and a developer, have the software nearly ready for release,
and some prestigious hospitals are on board as beta sites.

We have a hot project -- we will change the way nurses do their jobs. In health care, checklists are improving outcomes just as they did in aviation a generation earlier. Today, no pilot would fly without them. The same is starting to be true for doctors -- read Dr. Atul Gawande who wrote The Checklist Manifesto. We are creaating similar solutions for nurses. Before long there will be many competitors but the window of opportunity is still open. If we move quickly, we can be the first.
